The Apparel Automation Pulse [2023]
Tracking Automation Amidst Inflationary Pressures
Building on the insights gained from our initial Pulse, the second phase of our research commenced in February 2023, focusing on the automation landscape in Bangladesh's RMG sector.
This time, we examined the impact of inflationary pressures and shifts in orders on factory operations. Our study explored how machines and training factor into crucial aspects like recruitment, hiring, retention, and more. As we collected data on changing machine investment strategies amidst order fluctuations, a clearer picture emerged of the industry's trajectory.
